There is another at Whalley and EGB, no cone. Could kill a car's transmission and bust a tire.

Both Fountain Street and Whalley Avenue from Ella Grasso Blvd to the Woodbridge town line are State maintained roads. The state has been replacing catch basins on Fountain Street so there are cones placed up and down there.
