I would not hold my breath for a fix...it will require a study of traffic leaving Forest Rd. and Fountain St etc...it is a disaster and the traffic czar is to blame....

I work at the DOT and I called it in to Electrical, its the loop shorting out I was told probably due to all the snow.
So if its that It will go quicker hopefully.
